Safety
With a dedicated HSE department under the direct management of the Group HSE Manager, all aspects of rail safety are addressed, during tender formulation through to project completion, by a system of safety plans and risk assessments applied and audited under a strict regime of regular site assessment.The distinct culture within this sector has highlighted the need for a more secure transfer of safety knowledge, which we have addressed by the application of internal safety awareness training for all personnel together with a greater emphasis on areas of employee/employer communication.
